In 2016 I completed my first yoga training in Stockholm and started teaching right away at SATS, one of the leading fitness studios of Scandinavia. After then 2 years of teaching experience, I decided to travel to Rishikesh to deepen my knowledge in yoga.

I came back to Europe to teach at several locations all over Stockholm while keeping a consistent Ashtanga Mysore practice with Laruga Glasser & David Fredriksson. In addition, I started practicing pranayama (breathwork) with Guy Powiecki who's a senior student of Sri O.P. Tiwari.

My curiosity to keep on learning and exploring the global yoga community led me to Berlin in 2020. As my interest in breathwork grew I joined a breathwork training to gain a western perspective and a pranayama training to study the ancient roots of it. I regularly join workshops and trainings every year to continue developing my practice and self-studies in movement, breath and consciousness.

Nowadays I teach private & group classes, workshops and events both in person and online.
