Hi, I’m Aleks. I am a yoga guide & confidence coach. Body & Mind connection is at the core of everything I do, using breathwork, yoga movement & meditation,  inner child coaching techniques  and many more I invite you reconnect with your purpose & love for life.  

Merging the knowledge of yoga & mobility of our body I also create personalised workouts to find wider range of motion, recover/prevent injury, connect & mobilise the body. If you want to go far - go slow. If you are living a fast life, workout strong, take time to really recover & connect to optimise your results and find more joy in everything you do.
