My journey began at 13 when I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. This sparked my passion for researching autoimmune issues, nutrition, and lifestyle. I explored various diets like Paleo, Keto, Vegan, and Low Carb - I tried it all, you name it! By 17, I was immersed in strength and conditioning, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and dance. With a B.Sc. in Motion Science, I've learned from top experts worldwide. Since 19, I've been dedicated to helping adults in their 30s and 40s lose 4-8kg of fat in 12 weeks, transforming their physical capabilities and energy levels. I'm also passionate about nature and food :-)
