I acquired my personal trainer certification in 2018 and have been coaching since then. I used to teach workout classes at different gyms and at Beat81 and now decided to focus more on 1-1 personal training. I’m specialized in weight & strength training for women, including pregnancy fitness (before, during & after pregnancy).

I don’t like to be called a personal trainer, but rather think of myself as a „gym bestie“. The gym can be intimidating at first, especially for women. I can help you to find the right exercises, workout routines and diet to meet your fitness goals. Most importantly, I try to make exercising & nutrition fun and easy to incorporate into your daily life!
